I had to post this mostly because the sign doesn’t make sense.
Okay, non-migration causes over population and physical damage. Got it.
But that causes… water quality? Good or bad?
Either way, it causes public health. Public health is good.
And then, mysteriously, public health causes non-migration again. Now I’m confused.
Maybe feeding the birds causes confusion. Now I’m on board and wary of bird feeding consequences.
